Right now, Sunflower Café is Surrey’s main beachside patio spot, and it’s worth your visit. They’ve got a lovely garden patio decorated with local artwork that really captures that beach community vibe we love here. The food is excellent and made with local ingredients, giving you that authentic coastal dining experience. We used to recommend Cotto Al Mare for their Neapolitan pizza, handmade pasta, and seafood, but they’ve sadly closed down. Unfortunately, there aren’t many other beachside patio options available at the moment. We wish there were more Ocean Wise choices along our waterfront, but Sunflower Café does a brilliant job capturing the laid-back feeling that makes our beach communities special.
