Havn Hosting is a short-term vacation rental management service built by property owners, for property owners. From listing setup and dynamic pricing to guest communication, turnover coordination, and full property care; we handle the day-to-day so you don’t have to. Our founders Lucas, Carissa, Kit, and Jenny are Airbnb Superhosts with properties that consistently rank in the top 10% on the platform. We built this business from our own experience as rental owners; we understand what works because we’ve tested it on our own properties. The Premier: Completely hands-off management. Everything in the first two tiers plus turnover scheduling, supply restocking, vendor coordination, emergency handling, and round-the-clock guest support. You focus on the income; we run everything else.
