We are My Care Matters Health Services, a home care agency supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those with special needs across Surrey and the surrounding area. We provide non-medical and nursing home care; personal care, companionship, dementia care, palliative support, medication management, post-hospital recovery, and 24/7 overnight care. With 30 years of combined experience in nursing and in-home care, our team is available around the clock every day of the week. We also offer multilingual services so your loved one can communicate with their caregiver in the language that feels most natural to them.
