CUSTOM HOME BUILDER SERVING SURREY
Pacific Coastal Homes: Custom Homes & Full Renovations for Surrey Homeowners
From a Richmond home base, Pacific Coastal Homes brings 21+ years of custom building and renovation experience to homeowners across the Lower Mainland, including Surrey’s established neighbourhoods.
About Pacific Coastal Homes
Pacific Coastal Homes Ltd. is a custom home builder and renovation contractor founded by Doug Loewen in 2004 and based in Steveston, Richmond. Doug’s background as a realtor and then a trade contractor shaped how the company runs every project today: the same crew stays on a job from the first walkthrough to the final coat of paint. Over 21+ years the company has completed more than 200 projects, 80+ new custom homes and 50+ full renovations, and builds, in the company’s own words, “throughout the Lower Mainland,” including Surrey, where many older homes are good candidates for either a full renovation or a ground-up rebuild.
